We take safety seriously

At RADO Mechanical Group we understand that effective safety practices reduce work environment injuries, illnesses and deaths, resulting in increased production, higher quality workmanship, improved employee morale and lower overhead through reduced workers' comp rates.

Our management and staff members are dedicated to maintaining clean, safe and healthy work environments and to protecting the public against any potential hazards caused by our services. We believe accidents are preventable and all of us work actively and continuously to maintain safe work places and abating hazards before they arise. It is our goal to have projects with no accidents and a positive safety climate on each job site.

RADO Mechanical Group strictly enforces company policies for safety glasses, hard hats, safety shoes and other personal protective equipment. We stock each worksite with first-aid supplies and we train employees and management in emergency preparedness and evacuation procedures. Our supervisors are charged with the responsibility for safe operations of the people and the projects under their control. This responsibility transcends their responsibilities for maintaining high levels of productivity and efficiency in the operations they manage.

Finally, all work-related incidents, including near misses, injuries, and illnesses, are thoroughly investigated to determine cause and corrective actions are implemented to ensure that the same type of incident never occurs again.
